Baxter Trail Club Privacy Policy

Overview

The Baxter Trail Club needs very little information about you.  Our self-management member page allows you to manage everything that we have about you.  The Baxter Trail Club collects the bare minimum information that we need to be able to serve your needs.  To that end, our website is completely self-managed by you - the member.  Other than our initial import of data from our old mail system and some New Year's Day Race registration information, all information that we have is entered by you.  Please visit your profile and see what we have.  (Check my personal data)  Add or delete as is your preference.  Select which or all emails to register.  Some are automatic, like when you register for an event.  All information that you choose to share is completely under your control.  Only your name and email are required, as email is our main way of communication.  You may opt out of any or all email correspondence.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

We collect only what you allow us to collect.  we use the information to target communications that may be of special interest to you.  We never disclose your information to anyone, except through our membership directory, which is opt-out.  You should check you personal data and delete any that you do not wish to share, and also set your preferences about emails and your listing in the membership directory. Giving consent for others

If you register someone else (child, spouse, or friend), we will assume that they give any consent required by allowing you to register for them.

Third-parties applications

The Baxter Trail Club never shares your information with any third parties (or anyone, for that matter).
