Adopt-A-Road Litter Cleanup
Come out and make Baxter a little more beautiful. About 4 times a year, we get together for a couple of hours to clean up the trash and litter along Sutton Road. The Baxter Trail Club has officially adopted this stretch of road. We are supported by the SC Department of Transportation. Adults! Scouts! Teens! are all welcome.
