I. Call to Order
Mr. Lynch called meeting to order at 19:00
II. Approval of Agenda and Previous Meeting’s Minutes
MOM from Peter Emrich 4/24/2023 email read and approved.
III. Officer Reports:
Mr. Lynch advised that it was his intent to step down as president and it was proposed
and seconded that he henceforth be given position of Membership Chair. Motion passed unanimously.
Club discussed President position, and then proposed and seconded Mr. Peter Emrich for president. Motion passed unanimously.
Club discussed Terry Sullivan assuming secretary duties in addition to treasurer duties. Motion was proposed and seconded, and passed unanimously.
Mr Lynch nominated Mr. Curtis and Mr. Kornhauser to be Members at Large which was passed unanimously.
Treasurer summary report provided with status of Federal and State Tax submissions
IV. Trail Work Day:
Club discussed urgent need for Morris Hunt slope gravelling. This is in line with user survey, although not mentioned on 2023 budget submitted to HOA.
Mr. Lynch has action item to advise HOA about work.
V. Spring Survey Review & Drawing:
Club reviewed survey data and agreed to prioritize remediation of Muddy Sections (#1 Dislikes), as well as Signage and Maps (#1 and #3 Wants, #2 Dislikes)
Survey results are attached in Appendix 1 below.
Club randomly selected the winner of the user survey. Edward Donovan was selected.
Terry was instructed to notify him and provide $100 award.
VI: Trail Designs & Maintenance
A six page document was handed out to attendees which we went through briefly. Mr. Emrich asked that we read it completely at our convenience.
