Bridge Building

Meet at 8 AM Saturday the Community Center car park to pick up tools review the work flow and safe practices before heading out to the bridge site
Bridge 29 is at the south end of the Birkshire loop, north of trailhead G and down the hill. We will begin by removing the side rails and the bridge deck. Then we will drop the joists, cut them into smaller pieces and move them out of the work area. With that done we can begin to build the new bridge.
We do not expect to complete the bridge in one day. We will continue on Sunday. Select the day(s) and times you want to work, anything from 2 to 8 hours.
We will take hydration breaks and lunch will be provided.
